Welcome to MediaTek Marketing! By availing of our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between MediaTek Marketing and its clients.

Definitions

• MediaTek Marketing: Refers to the company providing YouTube channel creation, setup, optimization, and subscriber/watch-time services.
• Client: The individual or entity availing MediaTek Marketing’s services.
• Service: Any activity related to YouTube channel creation, customization, optimization, and subscriber/watch-time growth as per the client’s request.

Scope of Services

• Channel Creation: MediaTek Marketing will create YouTube channels, including setup, logo/banner design, and branding.
• Optimization: MediaTek Marketing will optimize the channel for SEO, including keyword research and metadata improvements.
• Growth Assistance: MediaTek Marketing provides strategies to improve subscribers and watch time. Note: Growth metrics may depend on external factors, including content quality and platform algorithms.
  
  

Responsibilities of MediaTek Marketing

• MediaTek Marketing guarantees the delivery of the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline.
• MediaTek Marketing ensures compliance with YouTube’s policies while setting up and optimizing the channel.
• MediaTek Marketing does not engage in unethical practices, such as bot usage, to manipulate subscriber count or watch time.
  
  

Responsibilities of the Client

• The client must provide accurate details and materials (if required) for channel setup and branding.
• The client must ensure their content complies with YouTube’s community guidelines and copyright laws.
• The client agrees to use the services solely for legal purposes and in adherence to YouTube’s terms.
  
  

Payment and Refund Policy

• Fees: All service fees must be paid upfront unless otherwise agreed.
• Refund Eligibility: If MediaTek Marketing fails to complete the agreed-upon work within the specified deadline for reasons attributable to the company, the client will be eligible for a refund. The client must submit a refund request within 7 to 10 days of the missed deadline.
• Refund Process: Refund requests will be reviewed and verified by MediaTek Marketing. If approved, the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Non-Refundable Cases:

• Refunds will not be provided if delays occur due to the client’s failure to supply required materials or respond promptly.
• Refunds are not applicable if the work has been completed as per the client’s instructions and expectations.
• Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used by the client unless otherwise agreed.

Limitations and Disclaimers

• MediaTek Marketing does not guarantee viral growth or specific subscriber/watch-time numbers, as growth depends on content quality and audience engagement.
• The company is not liable for account bans, strikes, or demonetization caused by client-uploaded content or YouTube policy violations.
  
  

Intellectual Property

MediaTek Marketing retains the right to showcase channel design and optimization as part of its portfolio unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

Termination of Services

Either party can terminate the agreement with written notice. Any outstanding payments or dues must be settled before termination.

Governing Law

• This agreement shall be governed by the laws
