Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
If the agreed-upon work is not completed by the specified deadline due to any reason attributable to MediaTek Marketing, the client will be eligible for a refund.
Refunds are applicable if MediaTek Marketing fails to deliver the promised services within the committed timeframe.
Refund Process
- Clients must submit a refund request by contacting MediaTek Marketing at [mediatekmarketingservice@gmail.com] within 7 days of the missed deadline.
- Once the refund request is received, MediaTek Marketing will verify the claim.
- If the claim is valid, the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours from the date of approval.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be provided if the delay or issue arises due to factors outside MediaTek Marketing’s control, such as:
- Changes in YouTube policies or algorithms.
- Client’s failure to provide required materials or respond promptly.
- Refunds are not applicable if the work has been completed as per the client’s instructions and expectations.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used by the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
